Unaise has been practicing as a Physical Therapist since 2003. He received his PhD in Physical Therapy, and has a wide range of experience treating patients with orthopedic and sports related conditions. He uses a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment with an emphasis on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to support and improve a patient's recovery and function. Unaise is a certified GunnIMS practitioner. GunnIMS is used to treat long standing pain that is resistant to common treatments. His expertise is in providing safe and effective care for patients suffering from whiplash, work related injuries, concussions and vestibular disorders, jaw pain and dysfunction, sports injuries, and a variety of other neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.
Alongside clinical practice, Unaise furthered his interest in physical therapy academia and research as well. He taught Physical Therapy to undergraduate and postgraduate students in multiple universities based in Finland, India, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also an adjunct senior lecturer in Physiotherapy as well as research fellow at Monash University in Australia. He also conducted research related to various aspects of patient care, and published several peer reviewed research articles in international journals in Physical therapy, rehabilitation and health sciences.
This workshop will provide you with valuable shoulder pain information.
You will receive live demonstrations of highly effective shoulder pain exercises to manage your pain and stimulate your bodies natural healing process.
This will be followed by a Questions and Answers session, where you can get answers to your shoulder pain questions and effective pain therapy.
